TVRC would also like each participant to this meeting to register on its database to get some knowledge of each site video capabilities. It asks basic questions: Primary contact information, site information, technical information i.e. IP address, type of equipment, etc.

To register, copy and paste http://support.osc.edu/cgi-bin/veventreg/Telehealth in your browser and click the Attend this Event link. The next page is where you start entering information.

For those of you who do not have an H.323 Codec, we will use a software from Vidyo. This will work with a MAC or a PC. Click on the Link below and enter your name as Guest name. It will prompt you to download the software, then you can join the meeting.

You will use the “log in as guest” option. Enter your name for Guest Name. This will prompt the download of the Vidyo Desktop software. Once complete, you will join Kenneth's virtual conference room and see yourself looped back until Kenneth joins.

-Follow up on INCTR-GKI-Open Course Ware Consortium working together on OER in Health program with IOM: Feedback the two possible and parallel ways forward mentioned by Anil (1. Work with IOM and NCI on OERC as capacity building for global cancer research - 2. NCI University opening) and Stefan’s suggestion to put together a teaming agreement with AcrossWorld Education Company
- Feedback on meeting between GG people, Dianne, Larry and Anil and with Julia Royal from the National Library of Medicine (Anil)
- Project to give a presentation about OERC at NCI (Anil, Stefan)

3. TVRC (All)
- Introduction to TVRC purpose and technology (Kenneth Fox or someone else from TVRC)
- Comments on this first TVRC collaboration session and identification of a coordinator
- Possibility of organizing a meeting of the OERC Advisory committee via TVRC (Larry)
