Hi Andrea,
We have received your request and authorization to have a meeting here at the Doubletree Castle on May 29 from 8:00am – 12:00pm for 70 guests. I do have space available, however I am unable to set the room for 70 conference style. I can do classroom, theater or crescent rounds.
Also, please note that due to our agreement with ASCO there is no room rental for your event, however there is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum (before 22% service charge & 6.5% sales tax) that will need to be met. So if you do a breakfast and beverage service that will be sufficient to meet the minimum.
Please let me know if you would like me to send you a contract for the space. I’ve attached a copy of our banquet menus & A/V price list for your review.
